Architectural Modeling
I've worked for many years as a sub-contractor for architects, creating interior and exterior base models. Working on projects for both new construction and planned renovations, I'm typically sent plan and elevation CAD files that I build out into full 3D models. I've also modeled whatever furnishings are planned to be purchased for the project using real world vendor specs and photos. Chairs, sofas, tables, kitchen appliances, industrial equipment, anything that's needed. This is a selection of 3D Models I completed mainly for Kirk Fromm Design+Illustration, who did several of the final renders.

for this project I built the models of the historic buildings from CAD files provided by the client, and matched the perspective of street views to finish the details.
